Cody’s Friends Rescue is an all-breed dog rescue dedicated to saving homeless, neglected, and abused dogs, from Poodles to Pit Bulls. With over 10,000 lives saved, they focus on rescuing dogs in urgent need and finding them loving, forever homes. Their mission also includes raising awareness about spaying and neutering to promote pet health and reduce overpopulation. Cody’s Friends Rescue is committed to advocating for shelter animals, giving them a second chance, and creating brighter futures for dogs and their families.

When Cody’s Friends Rescue approached us, they were facing significant challenges in their digital presence and overall identity. Despite being well-known in the community for their impactful work, they lacked a cohesive brand identity, with no consistent logo or branding elements to represent their organization professionally. Their outdated and underutilized website provided little information and was essentially non-functional for their growing needs.
Relying almost exclusively on Facebook for communication, they had no centralized platform to showcase their events, galas, or donation opportunities. As they expanded, the limitations of their current systems became clear. They lacked the tools to communicate effectively with fosters, adopters, and donors, and they had no app or streamlined processes to manage their growing community.

Using bold and heartfelt colors like purple and hot pink, paired with their slogan, we created a signature look that is both recognizable and deeply emotional. This cohesive branding set the tone for a stunning website redesign, consistent across their newly developed app as well.
The custom app has been a game-changer, fostering direct communication between fosters, adopters, and volunteers in a seamless, community-focused platform—an innovative solution not seen in many foster-based rescues. The website now integrates Petstablished’s adoption API, beautifully showcasing available dogs, while also featuring an integrated e-commerce platform where supporters can purchase branded merchandise.
In addition, we helped Cody’s Friends Rescue streamline their fundraising efforts by introducing an in-house event ticketing system for their Bark & Bling Gala, eliminating the need for third-party platforms like Eventbrite and keeping more funds for their mission. Our email marketing campaigns and graphic design for North Texas Giving Day 2024 helped double their goal, raising over $60,000, and we significantly boosted ticket sales and donor engagement for their gala.
Thanks to these enhancements, Cody’s Friends Rescue has expanded its donor platform, strengthened community connections, and positioned itself as a leader in rescue innovation. Their ability to communicate directly with their community—without relying on third-party systems—is a testament to their forward-thinking approach and our collaborative success.
