Rocky Mountain House Rabbit Rescue (RMHRR) is a Colorado-based, all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming domestic rabbits in need. With a team of passionate volunteers bringing together decades of hands-on rabbit care experience, RMHRR provides life-saving support to abandoned, neglected, and at-risk rabbits across the state.

Rocky Mountain House Rabbit Rescue came to us at a pivotal moment in their growth. As a well-respected and long-standing organization in the rabbit rescue space, they had built an incredible reputation for their work—but their digital presence no longer reflected the scale, professionalism, or urgency of their mission.

Their existing website needed a complete refresh to better showcase their impact, improve usability, and support the growing number of rabbits coming into their care. At the same time, they were facing increasing financial demands and needed a more strategic, consistent approach to fundraising to sustain and expand their lifesaving efforts.

While they had a strong, dedicated community, they lacked a centralized, optimized platform to effectively communicate their needs, highlight urgent cases, and convert supporters into active donors. Their fundraising efforts needed to be more visible, more compelling, and more streamlined.

Recognizing these challenges, Rocky Mountain House Rabbit Rescue partnered with us to elevate their digital presence and implement a more aggressive, results-driven fundraising strategy. The goal was clear: create a modern, engaging website paired with powerful fundraising systems that would amplify their voice, increase donor engagement, and ultimately help them save more lives.

The impact of our work with Rocky Mountain House Rabbit Rescue was both immediate and measurable. We redesigned and relaunched their website just in time for Colorado Gives Day, implementing a modern, conversion-focused platform built to drive donations and engagement. The result was $49,318 raised during this critical fundraising window—demonstrating the direct correlation between optimized digital infrastructure and increased donor participation.

We continued that momentum into the new year by launching a targeted fundraising campaign centered around urgency and matching incentives. By securing a $20,000 matching donor and positioning the campaign with a clear “double your impact” message, we were able to significantly increase conversion rates and donor response. The campaign ultimately exceeded its goal, raising $42,214.80 and unlocking the full match—delivering immediate, tangible funding for rabbits in need.

Beyond individual campaigns, our ongoing partnership has equipped RMHRR with scalable systems, improved user experience, and a stronger digital presence—creating a foundation for sustained fundraising growth, increased community engagement, and the ability to continue expanding their life-saving impact into 2026 and beyond.
