Website and planning tools
ARC assessments, calculators, product previews, demos, sample dashboards, guides, and recommendations are informational planning tools. They are not guarantees, financial forecasts, legal advice, or promises of a specific outcome. ROI calculator inputs are recalculated for the current page view and are not stored by ARC.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users are responsible for accurate account information, authorized access, and lawful use. Do not attempt to access another organization’s data, bypass permissions, disrupt service, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
Products and services
Product scope, implementation, pricing, integrations, support, data responsibilities, and service levels are governed by the applicable written agreement. Public previews do not expand a signed scope.
Intellectual property
ARC names, product concepts, software, content, templates, and designs are protected by applicable rights. Customer materials remain subject to the ownership and license terms in the relevant agreement.
